Christian Women’s Job Corps of Tyler’s mission is to equip women with job skills and life skills in a Christ-centered environment.

About us
Our organization has been serving women in Smith county for 22 years and has trained more than 2,000 women. CWJC provides more than computer skills training. We help women recognize their value, increase their personal confidence through mastering computer skills, teach them how to write a resume, conduct mock job interviews, and more importantly transform their lives and the lives of their family by securing a living wage job. After a 12-week session, we see women who have been transformed by the love of Christ and the support of their CWJC family.
