About St. Paul Children's Services

We are dedicated to strengthening families with a focus on community health in over 30 counties across East Texas. Our mission is to empower children and families to thrive by meeting their physical, mental and spiritual needs. We exemplify our mission through our food pantry, Andrews Park, our summer khakis for kids program as well as our virtual shoes for kids. All services are located within one city block. We are dedicated to offering faith-based programs and services, while also promoting quality care and healthy lifestyle choices.
